  . I came in here with my mom, little sis, and my aunt and through out the whole 40 minutes we spent in this store not a single fxk was given about us. No one said a word. How do I spend 40 minutes in a store and NO WORKERS SAY ANYTHING TO ME!? Wasn't all that busy, so I'm sure that wasn't the reason. They just have no sense of good customer service.. or at elast normal people skills. When my mom went up the the register. I watched with a close eye. Not even a smile. SMH What kind of business is that? Anyways, aside from the crappy service, the deals weren't all that great. Nothing special. Nothing worth coming back.

  I just wanted to write about my experience here & why I'll never return. I walked in yesterday looking for a diffuser, because I've seen someone online saying that anthropology sold a good one with essential oils. I asked the women greeting the door where the diffuser and essential oil section was so rolled her eyes at me and my friend and pointed to the corner of store and with a snippy attitude said "over there!" She looked at us with disgust like we werent good enough to be shopping in this store. Just to clarify I make really good money. I couldn't seem to find the section and I didn't want to go up to her again but it looked like all the other sales associates were busy but I did and she said "I told you it's over there" I asked where can you show me "she goes "what are you looking for again" I repeated to tell her the diffuser and oils she goes up to another associate who's in a conversation with a costumer and says "do we even sell diffuser " the associate said "no I don't think our locations do" She proceeds to walk back to me and my friend "we don't sell diffuser can I help you with anything else" rolling her eyes and giving us such disgusted looks I said "no" & stormed off. I've never been treated with such discrimination in my life. Sorry I'm not wearing designer clothes and jewelry. She needs to be fired, discriminating costumers based on the clothes is pathetic. And she was only treating me and my friend this way. I noticed with the older rich lady she was lending a hand too she was being so polite and courteous. I'm so appalled. I'll never go back no diffuser is worth this kind of service
