  Oakbrook Costco Optical I recently got new lenses from Costco. When I originally picked up my frames, I had them tighten the frames. I was also told that these plastic frames don't always tighten the best. After wearing them throughout the day it felt like things were a little bit blurry when I just looked down without moving my head. I decided to go back to the Optical department and see if there was anything they could do about the lenses. Laura was so extremely helpful! I was under the impression that my glasses would need to be sent back to have the lenses adjusted. But she said there were a few things she could try beforehand. She manipulated things and tightened my frames more. I couldn't be happier. She provided great customer service!
